By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 3. Use of Website

- Any estimates are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Timelines may change due to scope updates, client delays, third-party dependencies, or technical constraints.
- Any change request (new features, revisions beyond agreed scope, new pages, integrations, content work, etc.) may require a revised schedule and additional fees.
5. Payments, Invoices & Taxes
- Payment terms are as stated in the Order and/or invoice. You agree to pay all fees on time.
- Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of Services until payments are received.
- Unless stated otherwise in writing, all fees are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for service-specific rules.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges (including GST/TDS where applicable), unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing in the Order:
- Upon full payment of all fees due for the relevant engagement, you receive ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for you under that engagement, excluding third-party materials and our pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and know-how.
- We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials and general reusable components developed independently of your project. We grant you a licence to use them only as incorporated in the deliverables.
- Third-party software, fonts, plugins, themes, APIs, and services are subject to their own licences and terms. You are responsible for compliance with those terms.
- We may display non-confidential completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion
- Ensure they have rights to all content, images, and materials provided
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery schedules and may require rescheduling or additional fees.
8. Access, Credentials & Security
- You are responsible for providing the access we reasonably need (hosting, domain/DNS, CMS/admin, analytics, ad accounts, etc.) in a timely manner.
- You agree not to share credentials insecurely and to revoke/rotate access when it is no longer needed.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by compromised accounts, weak passwords, malware, or security incidents outside our reasonable control.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party services (such as hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, or APIs). We are not responsible for:
- Changes, failures, or limitations of third-party services
- Data handling practices of third-party platforms
Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
11. Disclaimers
- Our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as expressly stated in writing.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, revenue, conversions, PageSpeed scores, or approvals by third-party platforms.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WebCraftera LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to WebCraftera LLP for the specific Services giving rise to the claim
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services:
- For breach of these Terms
- For non-payment
- For unlawful or abusive behavior
You may terminate an engagement by providing written notice, subject to the payment terms and any committed milestones in the Order.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian legislation.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
- Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
